A Tale of Two Audiences With Clemens Food Service

Two audiences, one brand. Welcome to Clemens Food Service, another Clemens Food Group brand, serving both B2B and B2C markets. A tricky balance? Maybe. A thrilling challenge? Absolutely.

Our aim was to craft an online space that catered to both B2B and B2C visitors without anyone feeling left out of the loop. 


So, we reshaped the homepage to sport a clear call to action, guiding visitors swiftly to their desired sections. And with the addition of a bespoke “Who We Serve” page, we created a straight arrow to B2B hearts. 

The outcome? A robust, user-friendly website that was as welcoming to the B2B visitor as it was to the B2C guest, becoming a bustling commercial hub for the group.
